Onur Bayyurt is a senior professional with over 10 years of deep-rooted experience in the international trade, import, and export sectors. From the very beginning, his career trajectory has been shaped by high-prestige business development projects for global organizations, most notably the world’s largest retail giant, Walmart.

Strategic Business Development and Product Expertise

Throughout his professional career, Bayyurt has gained extensive expertise across every link of the supply chain. In this context, he possesses high-level competencies in strategic sourcing, procurement, import-export operations, logistics processes, market research, network establishment, and end-to-end product development. Furthermore, he has comprehensive experience in building robust logistical infrastructures, cost management, value chain analysis, and product differentiation strategies. He has successfully managed both branded and Private Label (White Label) production projects across a wide sectoral spectrum, including furniture, beverages (juice), snacks, personal care, and veterinary products.

Onur Bayyurt has managed and scaled Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales channels for the furniture category in the U.S. market through global platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.com. He possesses high-level knowledge of the critical components of new product launches and brand creation, including advertising management, listing optimization, fulfillment organization, supply chain efficiency, brand identity construction, financial expense tracking, and comprehensive online presence management.

In addition to his vast knowledge and field experience, Bayyurt worked in close collaboration for over seven years with an award-winning former Senior Buyer from Walmart.
